v3rso accepts stays for small to medium-sized dogs and cats, up to 10kg.

To move through common areas, pets must always be held or in appropriate transport carriers.

Including pets in the reservation is mandatory, and a fixed fee of R$350.00 per animal per stay will be charged for special environment sanitization. Guide dogs are exempt from this charge.

v3rso values the comfort and well-being of all guests. Therefore, in cases of excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or disorder caused by the pet, the team reserves the right to request the removal of the animal from the property.
