In case of reservation cancellation or early termination of stay, v3rso credits will be issued, available in the platform wallet.

These credits have a validity of 18 months and can be used for future reservations or to purchase additional hours in other stays.

During the process of a new reservation, it will be possible to apply available credits directly in the payment step, deducting the value from the stay or extra hours.

v3rso credits are valid exclusively for new reservations and additional hours, not being accepted for other charges, such as fees or additional services.

v3rso credits are not generated on pet fees, even if the animal is not present during the stay.
