Cancellations made up to 7 days after the reservation date follow Consumer Protection Code guidelines, guaranteeing the guest the right to receive 100% refund or, if preferred, full credits for future use.

For cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance of check-in time, the guest may choose between receiving credits for the total amount paid, with validity of 18 months from the cancellation date, or requesting a refund of 80% of the amount paid.

The refund request can be made at any time within the credit validity period, and the processing time is up to 15 business days.

In cases of cancellations with less than 48 hours notice before check-in or no-show cases, a penalty corresponding to the first daily rate and additional hours of the reservation will be applied. The remaining amount will be fully converted to credits, valid for 18 months, and applicable to remaining daily rates after penalty deduction.

Guests who made reservations through partner platforms, such as Booking, Expedia or other online agencies, should check cancellation conditions directly with the channel used, as they may follow different policies from those adopted by v3rso.
