Minors may only stay at v3rso when accompanied by their legal guardians.

If they are under the supervision of another adult, it will be mandatory to present a written authorization, signed by the legal guardians and notarized. This document must be delivered to the ambassador upon entry for verification.

The v3rso app (v3 platform) does not perform image processing or digital check-in for minors. In these cases, check-in will be done manually at the front desk upon arrival.

When there is a minor in the reservation, check-in confirmation will be done exclusively in person, ensuring safety and compliance with legal standards regarding minor accommodation.
