Minors can only stay at v3rso when accompanied by their legal guardians. If they are under the supervision of another adult, a written authorization, signed by the guardians and notarized, is mandatory. The document must be presented to the ambassador upon entry for verification.

The app will not process image or digital check-in flow for minors, with this process being done manually at the counter. When there is a minor in the reservation, check-in will be confirmed manually at the time of entry into the building.
