To register companions at v3rso, simply log in to the website or app, go to the 'my reservations' section, and select 'manage guests.' The guest registering will be responsible for the companion during their time in the building. Additionally, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the building's and/or hotel's rules are followed, under penalty of fines or punishments previously defined in the condominium's bylaws and hotel good practice rules.

Up to 2 companions are allowed per hotel accommodation, in addition to the main guest (1 main adult and 2 adult companions or 1 main adult, 1 adult companion, and 2 child companions). The companion registration must be completed to allow the person access to the room door, turnstiles, and public areas of the hotel.
