If you exceed your designated check-out time by more than two (2) hours, we reserve the right to enter the room, remove any belongings, change the locks or space lock codes, and take other necessary or appropriate measures.

You may be responsible for any associated costs and additional fees of up to 150% of the effective daily rate of your stay for each day (total or partial) that you exceed, as well as any other related damages, fees, costs, or expenses incurred by us (for example, related to the loss of a subsequent guest reservation or the booking of alternative accommodations for any part of the time you exceeded the stay).
