For cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in:

- The guest is entitled to 100% credit on the amount paid

- If you choose a refund, 80% of the amount paid will be returned

- Credits are valid for 18 months from the date of cancellation

- The refund request can be made until the credits expire

- The processing time for the refund is 15 calendar days

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in:

- A penalty corresponding to 1 night will be charged

- The guest will be entitled to 100% credit for the remaining nights, after deducting the penalty
