If you want to cancel your reservation, go to the 'my reservations' menu, select the reservation you want to cancel, and follow the instructions.

Up to 48 hours before the start of the reservation, you will receive 100% of the amount paid in v3rso credits to use in future reservations. After 48 hours before the start of the reservation, you will pay the first night as a penalty and receive the rest of the amount in v3rso credits to use in future reservations.

If the reservation was made on a partner site, please cancel or modify your reservation through it.
